Our Cinnamon Bark is made from whole, thick pieces of aromatic bark — ideal for long, slow cooking and infusing robust, warming spice into sweet or savoury dishes. Unlike standard cinnamon sticks, this is true cinnamon bark: broader, rougher pieces that release deeper flavour during simmering and slow infusion.
